Timeless Warm Crafted Community Refined Welcoming Approachable

Under One Roof

A House with room for every kind of evening

Choose your own night. Every part of the House is designed to start a different kind of conversation, whether you came to play, eat, meet some friends, or simply see where the evening takes you.

The House Bar

The kitchen island of the building: where the night starts, staff learn your name, and neighbors cross paths.

The Community Table

A shared anchor for big groups and easy nights that don't need a reservation.

The Kids Area

A dedicated, parent-supervised space where kids can play nearby while adults relax, connect, and enjoy their time together.

The Putting Lounge

Playful and pressure-free: built for kids, couples, and first-timers to jump right in.

The Golf Hall

Exciting, not intimidating. Golf is part of the House, never the whole House.

The Bourbon Room

A slower room for stories, tastings, and small groups who want to linger.

The Patio

Seasonal and social: fresh air, food, music, and conversations that run long.

Food, Rotating Weekly

A rotating lineup of local food trucks and partners, supported by The Turn Cart when a featured truck is not scheduled.

Games & Social Play

Shuffleboard, darts, and simple games that give any mixed group something to do together.

Why We're Building This

A gathering place we couldn't find, so we're building one

After moving from Maryland to Pennsylvania to be closer to family, we went looking for the kind of neighborhood gathering place we had known back home. We found a few good ones, but we also saw what was missing: local places where friendships grow, families gather, and community memories are made.

The 19th House is our answer. Not another golf simulator bar, and not a country club. A community house first, where golf, cocktails, food, games, and music are simply reasons to gather, not the whole point.

Dinner becomes drinks. Drinks become a game. A game becomes another hour you didn't plan on staying for.

Why Here

A neighborhood commitment, not a trend

Montgomery County doesn't have a dedicated gathering place quite like this one. Our family has deep roots here, including a local real estate business that's operated in the area for more than 60 years. This isn't a concept dropped in from somewhere else. It's built by people who plan to be here for a long time.

We're still finalizing the exact site and floor plan. What's already decided is the feeling we're building toward, and where we're building it: East Norriton Township, Montgomery County, close to home. Every rendering on this page is a concept illustration of that vision, not the final site.
